Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendingNews.ie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrendingNews.ie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of the rights of another party

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
